フライドポテトです。

良い揚げ具合を模索中で試食が繰り返されています。
今日も試食が行われて、カリカリの細いポテトとカリッとホクホクの皮付きポテトを試作。

どっちも好きで迷いますね。

早ければ来週にもとゆう感じなので、カレーパンの復活より先になるやもしれません。
